Learn About Our Mission
WE BELIEVE
At Brigham & Associates, we see evaluation not as a response to problems but as a way to build knowledge and deepen understanding. Our asset-based approach focuses on the strengths of marginalized communities and on studying the full landscape before defining a challenge. We believe evaluation takes courage—acknowledging our shared roles and learning from both what is known and unknown. True accountability isn’t about hitting fixed targets; it’s about showing the capacity to achieve results in complex, changing environments. Through collaboration, diverse expertise, and powerful questions, we help organizations learn, adapt, and create lasting impact.
Mission and Vision
At Brigham & Associates, LLC, our mission is to improve the lives of our communities by expanding opportunities to learn and grow. Through our commitment to C.O.A.T.—Community Organizations Aligned Together, we intentionally bring partners into alignment to strengthen collective impact.
